But so as not to get intimidated and overwhelmed, certified strength and conditioning specialist Robertino “Royan” Hernandez shares ways for you to explore current fitness trends that are suitable for beginners and individuals who are too lazy to exercise.
“There is an increasing importance of fitness in modern lifestyle. Beginners encounter challenges when starting a fitness routine thus they are less motivated,” said Coach Royan.

Fitness technology and gadgets give motivation through data, ease of tracking progress, and provide interactive features that will surely fit your modern lifestyle.
Social and group activities

It is more fun and generally contributes to your social well-being. Trends in group fitness activities include virtual group workouts and challenges; community fitness events like park yoga and fun runs; dance classes; and beginner-friendly group sports.
Micro-workouts
If you’re an extremely busy person, you can still squeeze in a few active minutes throughout the day or at least once a day, can’t you? Why don’t you give up seven minutes of your time spent on internet browsing and get some workout done? Coach Royan explains that short, effective routines can be done multiple times a day. Popular micro workouts are seven-minute workout routines and High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) for beginners. You get to work out more within a short period of time. Any movement is better than being sedentary.
