Delivery/Non-Delivery of Copy:

Copy shall be delivered within 3 to 5 days after receipt of payment. Subscription period starts on the first day of delivery. Delivery time is before 8:00am daily. However, in areas not usually covered by couriers or newsboy, allowance is extended the whole morning.
In case of non-delivery, it should be reported and notified within 24 hours to Circulation Department through contact numbers 5277522. Otherwise, delivery is assumed completed and in order. Subscription period will be extended according to the number of days of undelivered copies.
Quoted rates are based on the present newspaper cover prices for one copy with NO DELIVERY CHARGES.
