The media recently tried out a sneak peek of Raffles Makati's brunch collaboration with Whispering Angel rosé at the hotel's restaurant, Mirèio.

We were particularly excited for this brunch, as the last time we tried their famed Mirèio Sunday brunch was before the pandemic. We are happy to report that the brunch offerings remain the same—in a very good way.

Past patrons of the brunch menu will be pleased with the options and freshness of the servings, while new guests will be delighted by the simplicity and curation of the offerings.

On Sunday, May 5, 2024, Chef de Cuisine Laurence Garduce will craft a menu to complement Whispering Angel's blend of Grenache, Rolle, Cinsault, Syrah, and Mourvedrè grapes. Live music by DJ Eva Smalls throughout the afternoon will fill the ambiance with a chill, brunch vibe.

The menu itself offers an elegant brasserie-style dining experience, with a focus on Provençal and French-inspired cuisine. Chef Garduce's menu includes Pink Tasmanian Salmon Coulibiac, roasted turkey breast with cranberry sauce, a raw bar, and a curated selection of seafood.

Whispering Angel, produced at Château d’Esclans in Provence, is well known for its pale pink hue, red berry fruit flavors, and smooth finish, making it a leader in luxury rosé.

This upcoming Sunday brunch at Mireio is the perfect escape from the stifling Manila heat, offering fresh seafood, cool refreshing drinks, and great chill music.
