Prada and The Row’s Margaux bag dominate The Lyst Index Fashion’s Hottest Brands and Products Q4 2023

What fashion-savvy individuals are constantly searching online? Prada. Lyst’s latest report on the Hottest Brands and Products Q4 2023 is proof of that. According to the fashion technology company and premium shopping app, the Milan-based fashion house’s public exhibit in Shanghai, collaboration with Axiom Space, and star-studded holiday campaign contributed to it being the hottest brand of the last quarter.

Prada takes the top spot from another Miuccia Prada-led brand, Miu Miu, which ranked number one in the third quarter of the year. Included in the top five of The Lyst Index Fashion’s Hottest Brands and Products Q4 2023 are Loewe, Bottega Veneta, and Moncler. While Saint Laurent,
Versace, Jacquemus, Burberry, and Valentino complete its top 10 list.

“The formula behind The Lyst Index takes into account Lyst shoppers’ behavior, including searches on and off platform, product views, and sales,” it said. “To track brand and product heat, the formula also incorporates social media mentions, activity, and engagement statistics worldwide, over a three-month period.”

As for the hottest product, Lyst puts The Row’s Margaux bag in the top spot. The bag, which was seen carried by celebrities such as Kendall Jenner, Zoë Kravitz, and Jennifer Lawrence, gained a 63 percent spike in searches, as per the report. Following it are Victoria Beckham’s Frame buckle belt, Miu Miu’s kitten heels, Adidas’ Country OG sneakers, and Prada’s logo loafers. Rounding up the top 10 hottest product list are Ugg’s Tasman slippers, Cos’ coat, Ralph Lauren’s cap, Arc’teryx’s Atom hoody jacket, and Skims’ boxers.

“To find the world’s hottest products, Lyst’s formula filters more than eight million items by volume of social media mentions alongside searches, page views, interactions, and sales in the Lyst app,” the app wrote in its report. “We group colors for styles, and take into account global demand per volume of stock available.”
