Greek and healthy: Here are new food concepts to try

Visum Ventures has always believed that healthy eating need not be bland and boring. Starting from its local introduction of Koomi, Manila’s favorite natural drinking yogurt, the restaurant group continuously offers food concepts that are set to capture the hearts (and appetites) of Filipinos. Sante and Meraki are two of the latest additions under the expanding offerings of Visum Ventures.

Santè is the premium location for their Zig brand, known for healthy-made happy dishes. Meanwhile, if you are in the mood for an elevated version of their Oh My Greek! Restaurant, check out Meraki. It offers modern Greek cuisine that can satisfy your cravings.

Meraki

Beef Moussaka: beef, potato, eggplant

Salmon Tzatziki: pan seared salmon, asparagus, lemon fresh thyme

Lemon chicken: pan-seared chicken, potatoes, oregano, lemon, fresh thyme

Filet Mignon: beef tenderloin, pommepurèe, fresh rosemary, peppercorn sauce

Chocolate Lava Cake: chocolate, almond dacquoise, vanilla bean ice cream, dehydrated strawberry

Squash Blossoms: squash flowers, fresh zucchini, roasted pistachios, burnt butter and sage noisette

Pumpkin Risotto: pumpkin, goat’s cheese, balsamic glaze

Chicken Marsala: chicken breast, mushroom, cream, marsala wine
