Safe outdoor dining? Check out these hotel bubble pods

Out of the box and into the bubble

From dining with dummies to plexiglass barriers, restaurant owners have been coming up with new ways to make the experience of eating as joyful and safe as possible. One local hotel takes it up a notch by serving meals to its diners inside a physical bubble space.

Sheraton Manila Hotel introduces the Vubble Pod, bubble dining pods fit for intimate recreational activities. Claimed to be the first in the country, the hotel currently has six bubble pods located at its Vega Poolside. 

These enclosed dining spaces are well-ventilated, providing diners an enjoyable experience for its curated five-course meal packages with minimum contact with other guests.

"We are thrilled to introduce the Philippines' first bubble pods," Sheraton Manila Hotel posted on Facebook. "These new pods are perfect for dining outdoors, massage by the pool, kids play area, and more!"
