If your quest for the best ube desserts is not yet over at this time, then food brand Am.pm's ube soufflé pancake is the next treat to try.

Famous for its creme brulee soufflé pancakes, the Hong Kong-based food boutique brings a local twist to its beloved dessert with the Philippines' purple yam. 

Am.pm's fluffy dessert made of Japanese flour and eggs whipped to perfection is made richer with the addition of coconut-infused ube cream. To round up it's play on texture, lightly toasted coconut flakes are sprinkled on top of the soufflé pancake.

Apart from the ube and creme brulee variants, other flavors such as the tiramisu, black sugar milk tea, white chocolate, and many more are not short of the sweet dreams and jiggly goodness.
