For years, Giro del Rosario made a living through modeling and joining male pageants. (Wala ka na ngang time for me bro!)
Everything changed in November 2025. He was forced to step away from both after suffering from a severe allergic reaction that led to a serious accident. (Ingat po!)
"Alam ko namang may allergy ako sa cheese o queso pero natakam ako sa nakita kong ham and cheese. Kaya kinain ko. Dun nako nagkapantal sa buong katawan at namaga yung tonsils ko." Giro recalls. (Grabe yung queso!)
The allergic reaction quickly worsened, leaving him struggling to breathe.
"Gusto kong sumuka, kaya pupunta sana ako sa banyo. Pero habang papunta ako di ko na kinaya, nag-collapse ako. "
The fall left him with multiple injuries.
"Tumama mukha ko sa floor, nagkasugat ako sa ulo, nagkahiwa ako sa baba, nabasag mga ngipin ko at nagdugo tenga ko."

He had to stay on medication for months, forcing him to put his modeling and pageant career on hold.

"Dalawang pageant yung meron ako that time. Yung isa, nakapag-photo shoot na at sashing na kami. Yung isa, kasama na ako sa finals. Hindi ko na sila natuloy."

Despite the setback, Giro is grateful he was able to recover and begin a new chapter in his life. (Tara, magsimula tayo, bro. Together!)

"Gusto ko rin talaga yung negosyo. Sa ngayon, meron akong gym. Ako rin ang trainer sa mga gustong magpa-train," Giro shared. (Pa-train, bro!)

Just recently, he also signed with VMX.

"Last year pa dapat, pero parang 'di pa ako ready. Ngayon, may pangangailangan na ako kaya pumirma na ako." (Kailangan kita, bro!)

During his guest appearance on our YouTube channel WTFu, the 28-year-old bachelor opened up about the kinds of sexy roles he is and isn't willing to take on.

"'Di ko lang kaya yung same-sex scenes. Yung mga gay films. Kasi pinagpaalam ko talaga sa parents ko yung Vivamax." (Huwag na lang muna silang manood, just in case!)

That said, Giro had a playful exception in mind.

If given the chance to star in a BL project opposite Piolo Pascual, he wouldn't say no.
