Actress Katrina Halili admits that showbiz opportunities can be very challenging nowadays. (kahit ata tumambling tumbling pa!)
“Meron naman akong trabaho pero di ako palaging may taping di tulad dati na 3 to 5 times a week, wala ako sa bahay. Pero thankful naman ako kasi nagkaroon ako ng time sa anak ko,” Katrina says. (laban lang para sa ekonomiya!)
She is just thankful that she has her own small business and social media accounts for her additional source of income. She is currently active in uploading her bonding moments with her daughter Katie on YouTube and Facebook. (na laging may special participation ang ex niyang si Kris Lawrence ha!)

“Nag-open yung social media sa aming dalawa. Nagko-content content kami, nagkakaroon kami ng trabaho dahil sa mga vlogs namin. So, nakakatuwa po. May mga brands na pumapasok samin. Inopen sa amin ito ni Lord. Nabubuhay kami sa kaka-bonding namin, kaya nakakatuwa. Maraming nakakarelate na nanay na kailangan talaga bigyan ng time ang anak. Binigay sakin ito ni Lord na nasa bahay lang ako at magkasama kami ng anak ko,” Katrina shares . (pwede ko ba maka-bonding si Papa Kris mo?!)
One day she got a video call from celebrity jeweler Charo Cordial informing her that Katie and her yaya are in her jewelry shop. According to Katie’s companion, they were supposed to buy some school accessories when Katie saw the jewelry shop. (tumingin ng kwintas na may diamonds ang bagets!) Katrina immediately went to Charo’s place. (nagmaritesan na about her showbiz life!)
“Nag-show ako sa Saranggani isang araw. Nalaman ko na kinuha nila ako because of Katie. Tapos ng tinanong ko yung audience, meron ba tayong mga My Loves dito kasi My loves ang tawag ko sa mga supporters namin ni Katie. Ang daming sumigaw. Ang daming fans ni Katie. Sabi ko, 'Thank you Lord.' Nagpapasalamat ako sa anak ko na may trabaho ako ngayon at naalala ninyo ako. Si Katie na ang bumubuhay sa akin ngayon. Ako lang ang manager, “ Katrina narrates. (pwede po bang magpa-manage sayo?!)
When asked about her love life, “Masaya ang puso ko ngayon. Meron. Sikreto natin yun.” (dahil dyan, ask natin si Katie kung sino!)
