BI reminds registered foreigners of March 1 deadline for annual report
The Bureau of Immigration (BI) on Thursday, Feb. 26, reminded registered foreigners to complete this year’s annual report on or before the March 1 deadline.
Immigration Commissioner Joel Anthony M. Viado said registered foreign nationals are required under the law to complete their annual report within the first 60 days of the year to confirm and update their registration records.
Viado warned that registered foreigners who failed to comply would incur penalties.
The registered foreigners are those holding immigrant and non-immigrant visas and who have been issued Alien Certificate of Registration Identity Cards (ACR I-Cards).
The BI said “foreign nationals may also comply with the requirement through the Bureau’s online platform at e-services.immigration.gov.ph.”
Also, it said its main office holds annual report processing at the Robinsons Place Manila from Mondays to Fridays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
“Qualified foreign nationals may also file their annual report online through the BI e-services platform, with payment options available via Maya, GCash, credit card, or Landbank,” it added.
