Missing sales lady found dead in La Union

The body of a missing 29-year-old sales lady was discovered in a mountainous area in Sitio Mallare, Barangay San Isidro, Naguilian, La Union on Monday morning, Feb. 2.
Police identified the victim as
Thelma Liza Banay Cachero of Barangay San Isidro, Naguilian.
Her body was found at around 7:30 a.m. by a farmer pasturing his carabao.
The victim's body was found lying face up in a grassy portion of the mountain and in a state of decomposition.
Police said Thelma was reported missing on Jan. 31 by her father after she failed to return home.
Police Brig. Gen Dindo Reyes, Police Regional Office-1 chief, said a full investigation is ongoing.
