Pahayag 2025 First Quarter Survey is an independent and non-commissioned survey conducted from March 15 to 20.

It used a purposive sampling method, with 1,500 respondents randomly selected from a research panel of over 200,000 registered Filipino voters managed by the Singapore office of PureSpectrum, a US-based panel marketplace with a multinational presence.
