Rossopomodoro debuts in Asia at SM Mall of Asia

The aroma of freshly baked dough, slow-simmered tomato sauce, and creamy mozzarella has arrived in the Philippines as Rossopomodoro, Italy’s largest pizza chain, opens its first branch in Asia at SM Mall of Asia.

Known for its authentic Neapolitan-style pizza, Rossopomodoro stays true to its roots by using fresh ingredients, traditional techniques, and wood-fired ovens to recreate the flavors of Naples.

The grand launch featured a pizza-cutting ceremony celebrating Italian heritage and craftsmanship. Guests experienced firsthand the art of Neapolitan pizza-making, guided by Italian pizzaiolos, and enjoyed a curated menu of Rossopomodoro’s signature dishes. Highlights included the Pizza Verace, topped with San Marzano tomatoes and mozzarella di bufala, and the Pizza Reginella, finished with fresh basil and extra virgin olive oil. Pasta lovers enjoyed the Linguine Gamberi e Limone, a dish combining shrimp with citrus-infused olive oil.

Rossopomodoro’s arrival adds to SM’s growing lineup of international dining concepts, which includes renowned brands from New York, Japan, and beyond.
