Manila Prince Hotel fires up the grill with barbecue weekends

Marcelino Café, the eat-all-you-can restaurant at Manila Prince Hotel, is bringing the smoky flavors of the grill to weekend dining with Barbecue Weekends. Available every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday for lunch and dinner throughout March 2025, the themed buffet offers a selection of flame-grilled meats, seafood, and more.

Diners can indulge in barbecue pork ribs, Hungarian and German sausages, chicken barbecue, yakitori, and satay, all cooked over an open flame to enhance their smoky, charred flavors. Fresh seafood and vegetable options provide a lighter contrast to the hearty selection. Beyond the barbecue, the buffet also features an array of international dishes and Filipino favorites.
