Marco Polo Ortigas Manila is celebrating the rich culinary heritage of Pampanga with a special dinner buffet, Mangan Tamu at Cucina, showcasing the region’s signature flavors.

Known as the culinary capital of the Philippines, Pampanga is renowned for its bold flavors and meticulous cooking techniques. This themed buffet highlights traditional dishes such as Bulanglang Kapampangan, Kalderetang Itek, Pulutok (Bopis), and Sinarsahang Babi, offering diners an authentic taste of Kapampangan cuisine.

Guests can also engage in an interactive Sisig station, where they can craft their own version of the sizzling delicacy. The buffet experience extends to popular Filipino street food, including barbecue, tocino, and okoy, complemented by unlimited local beer, iced tea, sodas, and Guinilu, a traditional Kapampangan beverage.

Set in the sophisticated ambiance of Cucina, the buffet transforms a dining experience into a cultural and gastronomic journey.
