Araneta City officially opens World Kitchens
One-of-a-kind, first-of-its-kind
Inspired by the comfort food of the world, World Kitchens is a one-of-a-kind, first-of-its-kind 5-star dining destination created by Singapore’s food and beverage guru Andrew Tan Hock Lai. World Kitchens boasts the culinary creations of 15 international chefs with their specialty cuisines, providing a gastronomic journey that transports guests across the globe. With an array of world-class dishes to choose from, every visit at World Kitchens transforms into a vibrant celebration of diversity, choice, and quality.

Far from the typical food hall, World Kitchens introduces an entirely new concept—a giant, full-table-service restaurant inspired by the comfort food of the world. Spanning more than 2,500 square meters, World Kitchens offers a spacious yet welcoming environment that can accommodate over 700 guests. It also has three private rooms for any kind of celebration. World Kitchens is designed to make everyone feel at home while indulging in the best the world has to offer.

The grand opening festivities feature a lo hei prosperity toss, an Oriental tradition which is believed to bring in good fortune and unity. Also part of the ceremony is a tuna slicing by Chef Masaki Watanabe, who demonstrated live the slicing of kuromaguro (or Northern Bluefin Tuna), a premium fish used in sashimi or sushi.

Representing their respective kitchens are international chefs: Chef Steve Ma of HK Ma's Bistro from Hong Kong, Chef Takahiro Fujita of The You No Men from Osaka, Chef Masaki Watanabe of Unagi Yukimitsu and Kuro Maguro from Tokyo, Chef Rajan Veeranan of Prana from Mumbai, Chef Dario Bonaccorso of Dario Pizza from Italy, Chef Fung Chi Keung of Chef Fung Private Kitchen from Singapore, Chef Gale Tan Sun of Asador de Manila from Spain, and our very own Chef Jessie Sincioco of Chef Jessie.

World Kitchens is open daily at Level 4 of Gateway Mall 2 for walk-in customers and table reservations with the following schedule: Monday to Thursday, 11:30am-3:00pm and 5:30pm-10:00pm; Friday to Sunday, 10:30am to 11:00pm.
