A new dining destination is preparing to take off at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 3. As part of the airport’s ongoing transformation under New NAIA Infra Corp., a 6,000-square-meter Mezzanine Food Hall on Level 2 is nearing completion, promising travelers a wider range of dining options before boarding their flights.
In a teaser released by the airport’s official Facebook page, New NAIA Infra Corp. invited passengers to “get ready for more choices, from your favorite go-to brands to exciting new flavors.”
The post revealed that the upcoming food hall will feature 20 outlets, with the first 10 stores already getting ready to open. Seen in the preview were the facades of Chili’s, Paris Baguette, Nanyang, Pancake House, Mary Grace, J.Co, Seattle’s Best Coffee, Kenny Rogers Roasters, and KFC.
The project marks a major step in making Terminal 3 a more welcoming space for both local and international travelers. Once completed, the mezzanine area will combine casual dining, café spots, and quick-service restaurants under one open, modern setting designed for comfort and convenience.
But that’s only the beginning. The airport operator also announced two more developments in the pipeline: an all-Filipino Food Hall on Level 1, scheduled to open before the year ends, and a Food Village on Level 3 expected to rise by 2026.
These projects are part of New NAIA Infra Corp.’s plan to transform the country’s main gateway into a more vibrant and traveler-friendly hub. Soon, passengers won’t have to leave the terminal to sample both homegrown flavors and international favorites — a small but welcome sign that Manila’s airport experience is (hopefully) finally catching up with the rest of the world.
