Italian chocolatier Venchi opens store at SM Podium

Venchi, the world-renowned Italian chocolatier and gelato maker, has officially opened its first store in an SM mall at SM Podium in Ortigas Center on Dec. 21, offering dessert lovers in Manila a taste of Italian luxury.

The store brings Venchi’s celebrated Chocogelateria experience to the metro, with eye-catching displays of its signature confections. Highlights include hazelnut-based chocolates and gelato, as well as the best-selling Chocoviar, which have gained a loyal following among dessert enthusiasts worldwide. Guests can also indulge in Cremino bars, featuring creamy layers of hazelnut and almond, or Gianduiotto chocolates, crafted with rich hazelnut paste—a nod to classic Italian flavors.

Two gelato flavors are exclusively available at the SM Podium location: Strawberry Stracciatella and Blueberry, offering a refreshing addition to the store’s lineup.

Venchi’s expansion into SM Podium is part of its broader journey in Asia, meeting the growing demand for premium confections. Its debut at SM Podium further establishes the mall as a destination for international dining and retail brands.
