Tech titans to attend the historic US Presidential Inauguration


Leading figures in the tech industry will attend President-elect Donald Trump's inauguration. 

Scheduled for January 20, 2025, the ceremony represents the peaceful transfer of power, an essential element of democracy.  The inauguration will bring together people all across the world, including politicians, industry leaders, influential billionaires, and prominent figures in the technology sector. 

As expected, Elon Musk, CEO of SpaceX, Tesla, Inc. and X (formerly Twitter), will attend the inauguration.  Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg, Amazon, The Washington Post and Blue Origin owner Jeff Bezos will also be in attendance.  Joining them are Google CEO Sundar Pichai, OpenAI CEO Sam Altman, Uber CEO Dara Khosrowshahi and Apple CEO Tim Cook.

According to reports, TikTok CEO Shou Zi Chew has been invited and will attend, despite TikTok going dark the day before the inauguration.
