ILBO issued vs 43 persons tagged in 'anomalous' flood control projects -- DOJ

Forty-three contractors and officials and employees of the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) tagged in the “anomalous” flood control projects have been placed under the immigration lookout bulletin order (ILBO) issued by the Department of Justice (DOJ).
Travels through the ports and airports of those included in the ILBO are now being monitored closely by the Bureau of Immigration (BI).
The issuance of the ILBO was requested by DPWH Secretary Vince Dizon and Sen. Dante Marcoleta, chairperson of the Senate Blue Ribbon Committee which is conducting a legislative inquiry on the flood control projects.
Those included in the ILBO are:
