35 persons named in lookout bulletins issued by SOJ Remulla
Justice Secretary Jesus Crispin Remulla issued on Wednesday, Sept. 3, Immigration Lookout Bulletin Orders (ILBOs) against 35 persons who are allegedly involved in the reported anomalous flood control projects.
The ILBOs require immigration officers to monitor in ports and airports if the 35 persons listed in Remulla’s orders would attempt to leave the country and to report to proper authorities.
Copies of the ILBOs were not immediately available but the Bureau of Immigration (BI) confirmed their issuance.
Earlier, Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Secretary Vince B. Dizon asked Remulla to issue ILBO’s against 26 department officials and contractors.
It was known if the 26 persons named by Dizon are all included or who were added to the ILBOs issued by Remulla.
Named by Dizon in his request for ILBOs were DPWH engineers and district officials namely:

“In addition to the issuance of ILBO, may we further request that the Bureau of Immigration be instructed to immediately inform the DPWH and other law enforcement agencies of any information regarding the impending travel of these individuals,” Dizon also told Remulla in the letter.
