High na high! Man caught sniffing shabu inside Cebu City bus terminal toilet

CEBU CITY – A 29-year-old man was arrested after he was caught allegedly sniffing shabu inside the toilet of the Cebu South Bus Terminal here.
Bryan dela Torre del Puerto, a native of Barangay Ermita, Cebu City, was apprehended by a patrolling security guard using shabu past noon Thursday, July 31.
Alana Noquiao, 50, the head of the security guards at the terminal, said she caught the man inside the toilet for women.
Noquiao said she immediately cornered the man and recovered drug-sniffing paraphernalia such as tinfoils and a lighter.
The suspect was turned over to the Carbon Police Station. He said he was heading home when he was caught.
Police said cases for violating Section 12, Article II, of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 will be filed against the suspect.
