LongHorn's 'Prime Time Pour' brings big steaks and better happy hours
The U.S. steakhouse chain launches a nightly buy-two-get-one cocktail deal at its first Philippine branch, pairing strong drinks with crowd-favorite steaks and appetizers.
It was a breezy evening at the Streetscape of Shangri-La Plaza when LongHorn Steakhouse kicked off its new Prime Time Pour promo. Guests gathered outside the steakhouse’s first Philippine branch, while a DJ spun upbeat tracks, including ‘90s hits that had some quietly nodding along. Drinks flowed early. The mood was easy.
The Prime Time Pour offer runs nightly from 7:30 p.m. onward. For every two margaritas or cocktails you buy, you get a third one free. It’s the kind of simple deal that works whether you're out with friends or looking to cap off the day with something strong and well-made.
On the drinks list are house favorites like the Perfect Margarita, the bold Blazing Berry Sangria, and the punchy Texas Tea. Beer is available, too, with several cold brews on offer.
The drinks go well with signature starters like the Wild West Shrimp, Firecracker Chicken Wraps, and Texas Tonions. Some guests stayed for dinner and went all in on LongHorn’s USDA-certified Prime Steaks — a cut of beef awarded to less than 2 percent of all beef in the United States. It's known for its marbling and rich flavor. Cuts like the Outlaw Ribeye, the LongHorn Porterhouse, and Flo’s Filet are menu highlights.
This LongHorn Steakhouse is located at Level 1, Streetscape, Shangri-La Plaza Mall in Mandaluyong. It opened in April and is operated by The Bistro Group, the same company behind other casual dining brands like TGI Fridays, Buffalo Wild Wings, and Italianni’s. Originally from Atlanta, LongHorn has grown to over 590 locations worldwide.
For this launch, the drinks were solid, the music nostalgic, and the setting casual but comfortable. Prime Time Pour is now part of LongHorn’s nightly rhythm in Shangri-La.
