One of the world’s best bartenders takes over the bar at Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill Philippines. World-renowned, award-winning bartender Raiza Carrera adds Manila—via the country’s premier lifestyle and leisure destination, Newport World Resorts—to her Asia tour, which features stops at some of the World’s 50 Best Bars.

On Sept. 27 and 28, from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m., Carrera will showcase her South American flair at Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill Philippines, presenting a line of cocktails that captivates the senses. The exclusive bar list for the evening includes Hurricane G, a cognac, rum, and rye whisky-based concoction; Chicha Tu Madre, a gin-based drink; Teikrisi, a vodka-based creation; and In the Mood for Love, a tequila-based cocktail.

Carrera was named Best Bartender in Spain in 2023, with a career spanning decades in the bar and beverage industry. Guests can enjoy world-class cuisine and cocktails from Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill Philippines’ signature concept menu, featuring British classics such as Gordon’s Signature Beef Wellington, perfectly grilled steaks, fresh market seafood, and a delightful array of sides and desserts, alongside the exclusive bar list curated by the guest bartender.
