Amores and his brother reportedly already turned themselves in to the authorities on Thursday, Sept. 26, due to security threats following the incident where he shot a certain Lee Calcadac along national road in Brgy. Maytalang Uno in Lumban, Laguna.

Amores and his brother are facing serious charges of attempted murder with the inquest proceeding also beginning on Thursday.

Despite getting involved in numerous brawls and controversies during his college years, the PBA gave Amores the second chance and allowed him to join last year’s draft where he was picked 51st overall by NorthPort.
