Comforting soups include the sour Sinigang with choices of pork or milkfish, Batangas Bulalo Ala Eh!, and Lola’s Ginisang Munggo, made special with a crunchy chicharon topping.

Given the Philippines' proximity to the sea, Siklab+ features seafood dishes like Siniklabang Tuna Belly and Garlicky Squid Adobo.

For meat lovers, the menu includes hearty dishes like KKK: Klasikong Kare-Kare, Pinalutong na Tadyang, Pinoy Bistek, Siniklabang Manok, Crispy Dinuguan, Bopis ni Ima, Panalong Pork BBQ, and the ever-popular Crispy Pata-rrific. The Kalderetang Kordero offers a different take on the classic dish, using tender lamb.
