Chef Jereme Leung returns to Conrad Manila for 2024 Legendary Chefs Series at China Blue

Conrad Manila welcomes the return of celebrity chef Jereme Leung for the 2024 Legendary Chefs Series – The Emperor’s Table, running from August 22 to 28 at China Blue by Jereme Leung. Chef Leung’s visit offers food enthusiasts a chance to enjoy a unique culinary experience.

Each year, he brings something new and extraordinary, and 2024 is no exception. I invite all our guests to join us and explore Chef Leung’s latest creations at the Legendary Chefs Series – The Emperor’s Table.”

Chef Jereme Leung is a pioneer in modern Chinese cuisine, known for blending contemporary techniques with traditional flavors to create innovative dishes. He has worked with renowned hotels, including Conrad Maldives Rangali Island, where he established “Ufaa by Jereme Leung” in 2014, and Conrad Manila, where he launched China Blue by Jereme Leung.

During his visit, Chef Leung will present a curated set menu at China Blue, priced at PHP 6,588 per person. The menu includes dishes such as marinated crabmeat with avocado and crispy puff roll, double-boiled sturgeon tendon and dry sea conch with morel mushroom soup, wasabi beef wagyu pistachio, and pan-fried black cod with torch ginger flower gravy. The meal concludes with a dessert of chocolate egg coconut mousse with mango puree.

Guests will not only enjoy a memorable dining experience but will also have the opportunity to meet Chef Leung and learn about his culinary inspirations.

The Legendary Chefs Series: The Emperor’s Table set menu will be available for both lunch (11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.) and dinner (6 p.m. to 10 p.m.) daily from August 22 to September 30, 2024.
