
The family of a person with disability (PWD) in Antipolo City is seeking justice for the death of their kin who went missing but was later found stuffed inside a sack and floating in a river in the city three days later.
Christian Maputol, a resident of Antipolo City, was found stuffed inside a sack with multiple stab wounds and floating in Ilog Baho in Sitio Kiskisan at Paenan in Barangay San Jose, in the city on August 17, Saturday.

On August 16, Antipolo City Mayor Casimiro ‘Junjun’ Ynares, III, shared a post on his Facebook account, about Maputol, who was reported missing as posted by the victim's kin, Cristy Maputol Tejano.
Maputol, 28, who has a bipolar disorder, was said to have left his residence early morning of August 15 without informing anyone where he was headed.
In her post on Facebook on August 18, a certain Josefina De Santores thanked the netizens who shared her post about the missing PWD including those who helped in looking for the then missing man.
De Santores said she found her son, already dead.
“Pagbabayaran n’yo sa Panginoon ang ginawa nyo sa anak ko (You will be accountable to God for what you did to my son)," De Santores said in her message posted on Facebook.
Tejano is seeking justice for her sibling’s death. “Napakabuti po niyang tao. Hindi po niya deserve ang ginawa sa kanya (He is a kind person. He doesn’t deserve what they had done to him), the victim’s sibling said.

The Antipolo Police and the Rizal Police Provincial Office have yet to release to the media a copy of the incident report.
