Maison Margiela introduces new scent 'From the Garden'

Opened its first boutique in the Philippines, located at Greenbelt 5.

Imagine a parent writing a love letter to their child, not through a handwritten letter but through perfume. This is the story of Maison Margiela's latest fragrance, From the Garden. It is a fragrant journey into the heart of nature. Masterfully crafted by perfumer Olivier Cresp and his son Sebastien, it's a scent that tells a story of shared moments and a love for the natural world.

“From the Garden evokes a memory that I share with my son," shared Olivier Cresp, a French perfumer, through a media statement. “Like a family heritage. My father made me smell the garden plants, and I did the same with my son. These earthy and greenery notes remind me of those moments of transmission and complicity.” ​

Inspired by a sunny afternoon in a lush Italian garden, From the Garden unfolds like a sensory poem. The 'Tomato Leaf accord' and Green Mandarin create a bright, juicy top note, reminiscent of sun-ripened tomatoes. Floral and aromatic Geranium essence paints a picture of a thriving garden, while Patchouli essence evokes the damp, earthy scent of soil clinging to hands after a day of gardening.

First boutique in the country

Coinciding with the launch of the newest fragrance, Maison Margiela Fragrances also opened its first boutique in the Philippines at Greenbelt 5. Exclusively distributed by Rustan Marketing Corporation, shoppers can finally indulge in the House’s exquisite scents and unique offerings The boutique offers a full lineup of the House’s iconic Replica perfume collection, as well as a selection of home scenting and bath and body products.

Replica’s bath and body collection, features a luxurious lineup of shower gels, perfume lotions and scented hand creams. Each variant is formulated with high-quality ingredients and finished in Maison Margiela’s iconic stitch packaging. Available in the signature Lazy Sunday Morning, Sailing Day, and By The Fireplace scents, these provide an exquisite sensory experience, enveloping the skin in delicate fragrances reminiscent of cherished moments.

The new boutique is open on Sunday to Thursday from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., and Friday to Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
