From a veteran to a neophyte, what has been Regine Velasquez’s most meaningful advice to all-girl group, BINI?

“Eat rice three or four hours before a performance,” thus said Regine when she visited the rehearsal set of the eight-member P-Pop group recently.

Rice pumps up energy, which every performer needs.

Regine also gave valuable advice to the girls on subjects that included vocal exercises, pre-performance diet, and life lessons.

“Enjoy every moment on stage. What you give out to your audience returns to you ten-fold during a show,” she said.

Regine also expressed her admiration for  BINI whom she acknowledged as giving life to OPM not just locally. The girls are on their way to the international music scene.
