Spanish fashion house Loewe is back with its annual Paula's Ibiza collection for 2024. Inspired by the iconic Paula's boutique and the vibrant counter-cultural movement of the 1970s, this collection captures the essence of island life with a playful and energetic wardrobe perfect for summer occasions.
Joining the campaign launch at Greenbelt 3 in Makati City were Anne Curtis, Heart Evangelista, Bea Soriano Dee, Laureen Uy, LA Aguinaldo, Sarah Lahbati, Max Collins, David Guison, and many others.
For the collections, the women's line combines fluid femininity and spontaneity with graphic scarf prints on dresses and shirts. Crop tops with asymmetric ruffle miniskirts bring movement and style. The men's collection features oversized tops, baggy shorts, and striped shirts and bottoms. It also includes captivating prints by artist Douglas Abraham, adding abstract art to t-shirts, shorts, sweatshirts, and swimwear.
In line with its commitment to social responsibility, Loewe will donate a portion of the proceeds from every basket bag sold to support local communities involved in the hand-weaving process. The donations will fund university scholarships in Colombia, the establishment of a craft training school in Madagascar, and humanitarian relief efforts following the 2023 earthquake in Morocco.
