Globe provides free communication channels to Filipinos in Taiwan following the 7.2 magnitude earthquake last Wednesday.  All Globe postpaid, prepaid and TM subscribers with roaming services in Taiwan will automatically receive free roaming call, text and data services so they can get in touch with loved ones or make emergency calls.  No registration is needed.

The services include 15 minutes of incoming and outgoing calls, 15 texts to all networks, and 1GB of data (whichever service is currently available).  The services are valid for 7 days at no extra cost.

How to connect to the network?

Simply connect to Globe's roaming partners in Taiwan - Taiwan Mobile and Chunghwa Telecom.

How to make calls and send texts?

To send texts, type + country code and mobile number (ex. +639171234567).

How to use the free data allocation?

Despite the challenges, Globe remains committed to supporting and providing assistance to its customers in Taiwan to help affected individuals contact their loved ones and cope with the aftermath of the earthquake.
