ATTENTION: Here are the top 10 companies that accept fresh graduates in 2024

Unilever Philippines secured the top spot in the 2024 ranking

As fresh graduates, we face challenges in securing employment. Not only must we meet the requirements, but we also need to find companies willing to hire us.

Fortunately, Prosple, a career and technology company dedicated to helping students kickstart their careers, has released a list of the top 100 employers in the Philippines actively hiring fresh graduates.

The list includes notable companies such as Unilever Philippines, which secured the top spot in the 2024 ranking. Following closely is Emerson Manila, a global technology, software, and engineering company. In the third spot is Unilab, the leading pharmaceutical company in the Philippines.

Coming in fourth is Oracle Philippines, a cloud technology business, followed by Aboitiz Power. In sixth place, we have Home Credit Philippines, a consumer finance provider. Security Bank Corporation made the most significant leap from 71st place in 2023 to seventh place this year.

Next on the list is Emma-The Sleep Company, known for being Europe's first company to introduce intelligent mattresses with AI technology. The ninth spot goes to Meralco, the company that provides electricity to Manileños and pioneered the first modern mass public transportation system with electric streetcars.

Rounding out the Top 10 is Nestle Philippines, founded in 1961 and the world's largest food and beverage company.
