Easter at Finestra comes with unlimited flutes of champagne and a diverse selection of Italian dishes. The renowned seafood tower, available hot or iced, features such seafood delights as poached or garlic prawns, oysters, crab, lobster, curacha, clams, and mussels. Save room for the fresh octopus carpaccio and the Tajima wagyu rump. Easter offerings include the double crusted Torta Pasqualina, a ribbon-like pappardelle pasta with amberjack fish and artichokes, and succulent roasted lamb leg.
At Waterside, the selection of smoked meats, grilled seafood, and brunch classics is unlimited. Indulge in the signature paella and the whole roast lamb and lechon at the carving station. Yakumi’s brunch special has eight live buffet stations brimming with the freshest ingredients, such as ebi, seafood, or vegetable tempura and fresh sashimi sourced straight from Toyosu market in Japan.
