The new Manduca Taberna branch in One Ayala received a prestigious accolade from the Restaurants from Spain Certification, granted by the Spanish government and represented by Silvia Torices de la Varga on March 4, 2024. This recognition celebrates Chef Amado Garcia Fernandez and the Manduca Taberna team for their dedication to showcasing the unique flavors of Spanish cuisine.
“They go through a very careful supervision in which we check the purity of the products used in the restaurant, the recipes, the idea, the concept to make sure that the experience of Spain that you are looking for is provided here,” de la Varga expressed.
Chef Amado Garcia Fernandez, co-founder of Manduca Taberna, expressed his delight at their restaurant in the Philippines receiving the Silver Seal certification. He also promised to continue working diligently to provide authentic Spanish dining experiences to everyone.
