The Macallan introduces Amber Meadow, a distinctive limited edition whisky capturing Scotland's natural beauty. In collaboration with Stella and Mary McCartney, The Macallan presents the third edition of The Harmony Collection, creatively fusing curiosity, respect, and admiration for the Scottish landscape.

Inspired by the McCartney sisters' love for Scotland, The Harmony Collection Amber Meadow pays homage to the Scottish countryside. The presentation boxes and labels are crafted from discarded meadow cuttings, embracing the sustainable use of natural materials.

Mary McCartney's Estate photography adorns the packaging, reflecting a deep connection with the land. The Macallan Whisky Mastery Team drew inspiration from Scottish grasslands, using sherry seasoned oak and bourbon casks to craft this unique single malt.

Described by Whisky Maker Steven Bremner as a single malt evoking warm meadows and mature barley fields, The Macallan Harmony Collection Amber Meadow boasts a rich, citrus-scented finish and a 100% natural summer evening color derived from exceptional cask aging.

On the nose, fresh citrus fruits and honeysuckle mingle with hints of vanilla, coconut, and ripe barley fields. Tasting notes reveal flavors of oak, lemon, melon, classic scone, almond, and green tea, leading to a rich and sweet long finish.

The Macallan Harmony Collection Amber Meadow, available starting March 2024, invites enthusiasts to savour this exceptional whisky responsibly.
