If there is one person who should be credited for the growth of the local franchising industry, it should be Samie Lim. As a purveyor of franchising, Lim has paved the way for the development of entrepreneurship spirit in the country. He has made it possible for would-be entrepreneurs to make their dreams come true. Franchising is available to all segments, including micro entrepreneurs. 

Lim is not only known as the “Father of Franchising” in the Philippines, but he has also carved his name in the global franchising scene. 

Lim’s clout in the international franchising scene was made more prominent when he brought into the country Francorp, authority in franchising where he served as chairman of Francorp Philippines. The local Francorp conducts franchising classes
where professionals earn academic units with CFE or Certified Franchise Executive Certificate, sort of an MBA
