At A Glance

I have been hosting in front of the camera for over a decade (parang lola na pero fresh pa!), and most of my gigs are showbiz talk shows. (bilang makoda ako!)

My very last tsismis show was with Take It Take It Meganon with the one and only Nay Lolit Solis. (dami kong nagetlak dyan!)

But since she decided to just collect her “harbats,'' we stopped airing. (huuuy! nagpapalakas ng katawan ang Donya Lolita!)

While I was busy with my online shows like WTFu, an opportunity came for me to back on hosting a showbiz show. (ayaw akong tantanan!) It all started with a simple chat with showbiz columnist Rose Garcia.

We talked about her digital show Marites University (Phd sya dyan ha!) with her fellow veteran entertainment reporters (may mga sinasabi sa lipunan!)  Jun Nardo (ang Dean!) and Ambet Nabus (ang Prof!) She asked me if I would be interested to join them in the show. (may pacontest ba?!) I said: Go!  After 30 minutes, Sir Patrick Domagaso, Head of Scott Media, the company of Sir Yorme Isko Moreno that produces Marites University, was already calling me. (ambilis umaksyon!) He asked me if I would be available to be a guest host for at least two episodes. I said: Go! (aarte pa ba ako?!)

I was with Rose and Jun on my first episode (nasa US kasi si Ambet para sa isang pangmayamang bakasyon!)  We had so much fun. (hindi plastikan ha!) They called me The mega marites (dahil sa meganon!) We received significant number of views (libu-libo ha, at may nagpapadala pa ng anda mula sa iba't ibang bansa!) Good comments and positive feedback flooded our live streaming (as in, kung pwede ko lang sila i-kiss isa isa!)

When I returned for my second episode, Sir Patrick talked with me before the live streaming. He asked me if I would accept a regular hosting stint for the show. (ay ang ganda ko!) I immediately said: Go! (gumana ang powers ko!)

My second airing with them became more fun and exciting. (siempre regular nako!) The hosts, staff, and viewers welcomed me with open arms. (feeling close agad ganyan!) Thank you, Sir Patrick at Sir Yorme, for believing in my talent. (Let’s do this!)

Marites University brings the latest and hottest entertainment news (bawal ang natutulog sa pansitan!) No drama, just interesting showbiz stories. (para lang kaming may kwentuhan sa canteen o sa bahay ng kaklase!) Equipped with high tech studio. (bongga ang set up ng Scott Media ha!)
