PRO-13 aids flood-affected families

The Police Regional Office-13 distributed relief goods to flood-affected families in Agusan and Surigao provinces and Butuan City.

The Regional Community Affairs and Development Division and Regional Public Information Office of PRO-13 said P267,729 worth of relief goods have been given and P38,420 cash has been used for evacuees.

PRO-13 Director Police Brig. Gen. Kirby John B. Kraft thanked Vivian A. Calang of Lasaya Builders Corp. for donating P192,729 worth of relief goods and Engr. Roger F. Bustillo of RFB Construction Corp. for giving 300 sacks of rice.

The command group of PRO-13 thanked stakeholders who offered help for the relief operations.

“In this challenging time, we are grateful that the spirit of solidarity won over the hearts of our stakeholders and every Caraga cop who helped generate our heaps of goods for the relief operations,” Kraft said. “Every package we assemble is our way to support our fellow citizens as they recover from this disaster,” he added.
