The Bistro Group is wrapping up the year with an impressive addition to its roster: Morton’s The Steakhouse, which will open its doors on November 25 at Uptown East Gate, Bonifacio Global City (BGC). Known globally for its prime USDA-aged steaks and upscale dining experience, Morton’s arrival is eagerly anticipated by food lovers who have long sought the flavors of this renowned Chicago-founded steakhouse.

Founded in 1978, Morton’s has established itself as an icon in the steakhouse industry, with over 60 locations worldwide and a 45-year legacy of excellence. The restaurant’s mission to serve “The Best Steak… Anywhere” has earned it acclaim and a loyal following. Diners can expect a menu that showcases premium cuts of steak, fresh seafood, and a wine list curated from some of the world’s top vineyards.

Jean Paul Manuud, president of The Bistro Group, expressed excitement over the partnership, stating, “We have been looking forward to the opening of Morton’s since we signed an agreement with them a couple of years ago. They have the best quality and consistently good food from source to plate, genuine hospitality, and a solid reputation for over four decades. We see a tremendous opportunity for both The Bistro Group and Landry’s in the country. Partnering with the world’s largest owner-operator of high-end steakhouses is an honor for us.”

This addition marks a significant milestone for The Bistro Group, which celebrates its 30th anniversary this year and now oversees 27 restaurant concepts. The group’s expansion reflects the rising demand for premium international dining experiences among the Filipino market.

With its grand opening, Morton’s promises to bring a refined dining atmosphere and high standards of service that have defined its brand across continents.
