Racks and Tenya unveil new holiday offerings

With Christmas approaching, RACKS and Tenya are rolling out new holiday offerings for families and friends to enjoy together. On Nov. 6, RACKS and Tenya held their Christmas product launch, featuring several new dishes designed for the season.

Highlights include RACKS’ Holiday Baby Back Ribs and Holiday Steak & Truffle, complemented by sides like Potato Gratin, Truffle Fries, and Homemade Tiramisu. “Thank you all for attending and celebrating this special occasion with us. We sincerely hope you’ll love the exciting dishes we’ve prepared,” said managing director Leopoldo “Chukri” Prieto III.

Tenya, Japan’s top tempura chain, is also celebrating the season with its Snowflake Tendon and Snowflake Teishoku dishes, featuring Pacific white shrimp tempura and pan-seared steak. A new matcha selection, including Yoghurt Matcha, Cold Matcha Brew, and Matcha Tiramisu, brings a taste of Japan’s winter flavors to the Philippines.

“Our goal has always been about serving Filipinos with good food. No nonsense, just real, good food that people can enjoy with family and friends,” said director of operations Adele Susana “Denise” Ramos.

Cavallino, Inc. general manager Edmundo “Iggy” Ramos added, “We’re thrilled to serve you this unique experience only found at RACKS and Tenya—whether it’s the tender, smoky goodness that RACKS specializes in or the crispy crunch of Japan that Tenya has perfected.”

In addition to the holiday menu, Tenya is partnering with ChildHope Philippines Foundation to donate a portion of the proceeds from these meals toward a child’s education and food security during the holidays.

These new dishes from RACKS and Tenya offer options for families and friends to celebrate the season with meaningful meals and support a charitable cause.
