For parents, a child's first birthday is a milestone. And the same goes for content creator Whamos Cruzand her partner Antonette Gail who went above and beyond by throwing a space-themed birthday party for their son, Adriel Meteor Cruz who turned one year old recently.

Whamos expressed his heartfelt birthday wishes for his son through a Facebook post last Jan. 23, 2024, saying, "Happy 1st birthday anak ko, Baby Meteor. Mahal na mahal ka namin ng mommy mo. Road to 1M ka na anak ko."

The post was accompanied with photos capturing the dreamy atmosphere of the event held at Okada Manila in Parañaque.

Here are space-tacular things we love about Meteor’s birthday.

Celestial ambiance
To tie in with the theme of Meteor's name, the venue was adorned with spectacular hues of midnight blue and white. The photos also showcased planet symbols, twinkling stars, moons, and clouds.

Crystal touch
In addition to the beautiful floral arrangements that graced the tables, event stylist Princess Anne Ramos placed tall crystal flower stands and glass candle holders, adding a touch of sophistication to the decorations.

A cloud full of cakes
The sweet highlight of the event was undoubtedly the three cakes inspired by the beloved animated film "The Boss Baby." The cakes not only served as a delightful finale but also added a playful element to the spectacular celebration.
