Foreigners with ACR-ID Cards can do their annual reporting online -- BI
Foreigners with alien certificate of registration identity cards (ACR- ID Cards) can report online instead of presenting themselves physically to the offices of the Bureau of Immigration (BI) and other designated places for their mandatory annual reporting within the first 60 days of the year.
The BI said the virtual annual report can be done by accessing it’s online services website at http://e-services.immigration.gov.ph.
It said the virtual annual report “provides a seamless experience where foreign nationals can book appointments, make payments, and submit their reports from the comfort of their own homes.”
“We encourage all eligible foreign nationals to embrace this innovation as part of our ongoing efforts to modernize our processes," BI Commissioner Norman Tansingco said in a statement on Friday, Jan. 19.
“We see the need to update our procedure for it to be more accessible to more people,” he said.
Aside from BI's offices nationwide, "for those choosing the traditional route in Metro Manila, the physical Annual Report for the BI's head office in Manila will take place at the 3rd Level Center Atrium of Robinsons Manila and the Government Service Express (GSE) Unit of SM Mall of Asia from Mondays to Fridays, excluding holidays, between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m.,” he also said.
