Numbers 'inspired by a dream' turns 60-year-old woman into millionaire
The bettor from Quezon City won a P22.8-M Lotto 6/42 jackpot prize
The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) on Tuesday, Sept. 19 announced that a 60-year-old woman from Quezon City won the Lotto 6/42 jackpot prize amounting to P22,896,342.80.

As told to PCSO, the winner said her chosen numbers “were inspired by a dream” she had two decades ago.
Since then, she has been faithfully playing these numbers with the hope of winning.
“Her dedication to the game was evident as she has matched five out of six winning numbers on multiple occasions,” PCSO said.
As she shared her plans, the winner mentioned her intention to invest in various business ventures and generously support her family members.
However, she stressed that her top priority is “to give back to the community by extending help to those in need.”
The bettor correctly guessed the 34-35-24- 20-36-39 Lotto 6/42 winning digit combination of the Aug. 5 evening draw. She then claimed her prize just two days after the draw.
