Weezer set to play in Manila

American rock band Weezer is playing a festival in Manila in October 2023.

Lead singer-guitarist Rivers Cuomo, drummer Patrick Wilson, bassist Scott Shriner and guitarist Brian Bell of the Los Angeles, California band Weezer will be headlining the PLUS63 Music Festival at the SMDC Festival Grounds on October 14.

Weezer is responsible for alt-rock staples such as “Beverly Hills,” “Buddy Holly,” “Island In The Sun,” “The Sweater Song,” “Say It Isn’t So” and fan-favorite albums such as “Pinkerton,” and “Blue Album.”

Manila will be a stop along the way of a greatest hits tour that will also see Weezer playing in Singapore on October 11.

The PLUS63 Music Festival have announced that early bird tickets are already available online and on SM outlets nationwide.
