P25-M worth of "fake clothing products' seized by NBI in Manila, Malabon City
The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) has seized more than P25 million worth of alleged fake clothing products with brand names “Vans, Under Armour, and Dickies” from two establishments and several retail outlets in Manila and Malabon City.
The seizure was done by the NBI’s National Capital Region (NBI-NCR) which enforced the search warrants issued by the courts.
In a statement issued on Tuesday, Aug. 15, the NBI said its agents enforced 10 search warrants against two stalls in 168 Shopping Mall and four stalls in 999 Shopping Mall.
The NBI did not say if charges have been filed against the owners of the two establishments and the retail outlets.
