Binangonan Police net two high value individuals

Police arrested two suspected drug pushers who were tagged by the police as High Value Individuals (HVI) in a buy-bust operation on Wednesday, Aug. 9, in Binangonan, Rizal.

Binangonan Chief of Police Maj. Rhonnie Ariola, identified the suspect as Virgo Villarmin, 42 and Johnny Marquez, 63, residents of Binangonan, Rizal.

Ariola, in his report to Rizal Police Provincial Office (PPO) director, Col. Dominic Baccay, said the two suspected drug pushers were nabbed in Barangay Calumpang, Binangonan, around 12:30 a.m. on August 9.

Seized during the police operation were two plastic sachets containing suspected shabu weighing some 81.4 grams with an estimated value of P553,520.

Baccay said the two suspected drug pushers who are now detained at the custodial facility of the Binangonan Police, are facing charges for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act.
