1\. Launching Bing Chat Enterprise
Microsoft unveiled an AI-powered platform fortified with commercial data protection - the Bing Chat Enterprise. This solution ensures secure communications, providing commercial customers with better answers, improved efficiency and enhanced creativity. Bing Chat Enterprise will be available this year in preview to organizations licensed for Microsoft 365 E5,E3, Business Premium and Business Standard with no additional cost. It will also be offered as a stand-alone subscription in the future for a minimal fee per user, per month.
2\. Revealing Microsoft 365 Copilot Pricing
Microsoft 365 Copilot assists users in streamlining tasks across various tools like Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams. It is seamlessly integrated into daily Microsoft application use. It will be available for $30 per user per month for Microsoft 365 E3, E5, Business Standard and Business Premium customers.
3. Empowering sellers and customer service agents with AI
Microsoft is improving the functionality of Microsoft Sales Copilot within Dynamics 365 Sales by offering AI-generated opportunity summaries, contextualized email drafts and meeting preparations. In addition, the company showcased how Power Virtual Agents could be used to create tailored chatbots for customer service departments, leveraging natural language and data from various sources.
4. Implementing Process Mining in Power Automate
Microsoft announced the general availability of next-generation AI features within Power Automate Process Mining. This is to help organizations identify and address workflow blockages effectively. The solution offers AI-powered insights to optimize existing processes and drive efficiencies through low-code automation, enabling businesses to harness their full potential.
5. Improving Azure capabilities and increasing investments
Microsoft pledged significant investment to enhance the scale and availability of Azure Migrate & Modernize. The company also launched Azure Innovate, a dedicated investment to meet the soaring demands for analytics and AI, broadening scenario coverage and providing richer incentives and support for everything from seamless migrations to building new AI-powered apps.

Healthcare software company Epic has expanded its partnership with Microsoft. Together, they use the power of AI to help clinicians spend less time on administrative functions and more time providing quality care. Also, Epic has integrated Azure OpenAI Service and Nuance DAX Express into its electronic health record software to streamline administrative tasks, expand access to care and enhance healthcare outcomes.
