There's a new must-visit spot for Filipino caffeine addicts in Tagaytay. Recently, international coffee chain Starbucks unveiled its latest store in the area, promising a new coffee experience with the best view of Taal Lake.
Dubbed Starbucks Reserve Hiraya, the 4,500 sqm store can serve over 250 diners with its indoor and alfresco setup. The new spot can be found at the very location where its first Starbucks Tagaytay store was built over two decades ago.
The store's interior features a warm design with its wooden accents and brown seatings. Putting a local spin on the coffee shop's design is the woven artwork of artist Aze Ong.
Apart from its stunning views and designs, what set the store apart from its other branches is its food and drink offerings. As per the brand's post, the Starbucks Reserve Hiraya is set to "serve freshly baked pastries and debut the new Starbucks Oviso espresso machine." According to reports, what diners shouldn't miss trying is the Hiraya Latte.
The Starbucks Reserve Hiraya is located at Aguinaldo Highway, Silang Crossing West, Tagaytay City. It has 63 parking spaces for visitors. But based on Tiktok posts, getting inside could be quite a challenge due to long lines of guests waiting to get a taste of the Hiraya experience.
