PASSERBY: Barbie Forteza has snagged the Sharon Cuneta lead role in the TV remake of Maging Sino Ka Man, airing soon on GMA. The film version, which paired Sharon and Robin Padilla for the first time, was a major hit in the megastar’s career. David Licauco lands the prime Robin gangster role, a great opportunity for any young actor. Hope he lives up to the bad-boy part.

xxx After only a week of togetherness on set, award-winning international actress Dolly de Leon compares Kathryn Bernardo to Nora Aunor where being simple and being humble are concerned. I’d say the young actress isn’t too far behind in acting ability as well. Kathryn and Dolly play challenging roles in the film, “A Very Good Girl,” under ABS-CBN’s Star Cinema. Meanwhile, Dolly is truly going up in the international entertainment world. US media outlet Deadline reported that she has been cast in the mystery- drama TV series, “Nine Perfect Strangers,” which stars Nicole Kidman.
